SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Strong north winds and light to moderate snow will bring messy travel and cold conditions to the region. Much of the falling snow will be east of the area by early afternoon, but some patchy blowing snow will remain possible. Once this system leaves the area this afternoon much quieter weather is expected for next week with near-normal temperatures.
