SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — According to the South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) I-90 is now open across the state. Though conditions are driveable there are still No Travel Advisories posted on much of I-90 & other highways, especially in the SE. Drivers can expect icy, snow-packed roads, heavy drifting & strong winds until later this afternoon at least.
