Sioux Falls Police spokesman Sam Clemens said their capture yesterday was a cooperative effort among the Sioux Falls Police, the MInnehaha County Sheriff’s Office, the Luverne Police, and the Brandon Police.
Clemens said Luverne Police ascertained that Dickens lived in Luverne. A detective followed him out of town. When he and Greecy crossed the state line and entered Minnehaha County, the Sheriff’s Office stopped the vehicle.
“We work well together,” Clemens said. “We have a lot of information sharing.”
