SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Not long after a house exploded in the 1400 block of East 6th Street, KELO.com News’ Liz Ryan reported from the scene.

Liz said the authorities were evacuating people from nearby homes.
She also said quite a few school children were on the sidewalks from a nearby elementary school which had just let out.
Prior to the explosion, Todd was at the downtown fire station on another story when the call went out and Engine Company 51 was deployed to the scene about 3 p.m. (Video above.)
