SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — If you are one of the minority of people who still itemize deductions when filing your federal taxes, and you live in Minnehaha County, that just got a little tougher.
Minnehaha County property owners can no longer pre-pay their property taxes.
Tim Ness of Ness Tax Preparation says that the county treasurer’s office implies that it’s too much work for county employees.
Property tax owners now need to wait until they receive the bill to pay the property tax.
