SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sen. Mike Rounds has made good on his Dakota Marker Game bet with North Dakota Sen. Kevin Kramer.
The loser had to buy the winner ice cream, so Rounds brought some from the SDSU Dairy Bar for Kramer and his staff.
South Dakota State lost to North Dakota State 23-16 on October 26. Rounds complimented the Jackrabbits on their fight during the game, which was tied in the fourth quarter.
“We’ll get you in the playoffs,” Rounds said. “Go Jacks!”
