SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Veteran’s Day is on Monday, November 11th and as a way to honor those who have served our country some businesses are offering discounts or free food.
Here is a list of local establishments that are joining in on honoring Veterans.
Little Caesars is offering a free $5 HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo but you will have to get your order no later than 2 pm on Monday, November 11.
Cracker Barrel will thank the brave men and women who have served our nation by offering military veterans a choice of a complimentary slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake or its Pumpkin Pie Latte at all 660 Cracker Barrel Old Country Store® locations nationwide.
As another way to show appreciation for those who have served this Veterans Day, from Oct. 28 through Nov. 11, Cracker Barrel will offer $25 off all U.S. military branch-themed rocking chairs and 25 percent off all other military licensed products in its retail stores and online, including clothing, home furnishings, and drinkware.
Red Robin in honor of Veterans Day, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is proudly giving back to the heroic veterans and active-duty military members. Texas Roadhouse is offering any eligible customer who comes into Texas Roadhouse on Monday, November 11, 2019, will get free lunch in honor of Veterans Day.
Pilot Flying J all active-duty and retired military veterans get a free breakfast including a coffee, Friday through Monday, Nov. 8-11.
Chevys Fresh Mex On Veterans Day from 3 pm to closing, Chevys Fresh Mex will offer a complimentary meal and the complimentary meal will be a 3-item combo, choosing among Tacos, Enchiladas, Flautas, Tamales, and Chile Relleno.
Granite City Food & Brewery veterans and active military can stop in for a complimentary brunch on Veterans Day.
MacKenzie River Pizza veterans receive 25% off their entire check on Veterans Day, at participating locations.
Outback Steakhouse veterans get a free Bloomin’ Onion® and a beverage on Veterans Day. Must have valid identification.
Kohls The retailer is known for offering a 15% military discount on Mondays. Now, Kohl’s is sweetening the deal by giving active-duty service members, veterans, and their immediate families 30% off store items nationwide from Nov. 7 through Nov. 11.
Hy-vee on Monday, Nov. 11, Hy-Vee will host its annual Veterans Day breakfasts with a complimentary meal for veterans and active-duty military members in recognition and thanks for their service. During the event, Hy-Vee and Hallmark will also offer free cards to customers with the opportunity to express appreciation to current men and women serving overseas. In cooperation with the nonprofit organization A Million Thanks, Hy-Vee’s goal is to collect 100,000 cards, or 100,000 ‘thanks’.
The Barrel House is offering a free lunch for any active or nonactive military or first responders!
