SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO.com) — Kids on the hunt for candy on Halloween night in the Sioux Empire will need to bundle up.
The National Weather Service says trick-or-treat wind chills will range from 23 to 31 degrees in the area at 7 p.m. Thursday. A 29-degree wind chill is expected in Sioux Falls.
Unseasonably low temperatures are expected to continue through the weekend.
