BOO FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are trick or treating for trick or treaters this Halloween evening.
It’s part of their Snickers and Stickers project.
Police will stop groups of children and given them candy and stickers.
They say it’s a way to build relationships in the community.
