SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police have released more details in the weekend homicide near 10th Street and Main Avenue across from Club David.
Officer Sam Clemens says the victim, Benjamin Donahue III, was shot twice in the head. He says the victim and the suspect, 36-year-old Max Bolden had “a history” with each other and did not like one another. They confronted each other. Clemens says police don’t know the cause of the confrontation yet.
Bolden is charged with first and second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Clemens says the coroner is conducting an autopsy today.
Clemens says they are still looking for one of two cars they think may have been involved in the incident. He says police found the gray Dodge Charger but are still looking for the white Ford Explorer with a sunroof.
As Bolden is still at large and police also see the Ford Explorer, Clemens says anything the public knows is helpful to police.
He says people with information can call the police directly. Clemens adds that if people are worried about someone finding out about them giving information, they can contact Crimestoppers anonymously at 605.367.7007.
Clemens says police have tracked down the four or five people who in the vicinity during the incident and talked to them. He says police do not think they are involved.
The City’s video camera of the City lot near the Carnegie Townhall, Clemens said, captured most of the event though it was from some distance away.
Bolden is wanted on an arrest warrant with a $1 million dollar bond attached to it.
Clemens says Bolden is armed and dangerous but likely does not provide a threat to the public. He says to contact the police if you have information.
