SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Chicago man is in jail, accused of doping then raping a woman.
Sioux Falls Police say Joseph Martel Smith drugged a woman then raped her in a hotel room in Sioux Falls over the weekend.
The woman says she doesn’t know how she ended up in the room.
Smith is charged with third-degree rape and grand theft.
