SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls’ forecast:
Windy conditions continue today, especially east of the James River Valley, where wind gusts of 40- 45 mph will be common into the early afternoon.
A band of rain and snow will move into the area late tonight into Wednesday, mainly in areas north of I-90, where some light snow accumulations are possible.
Dry and gradually warmer weather will build into the region through the end of the week.
