SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls and current wind gusts:
Winds have started to ease up slightly, but as of 2 am, we are still seeing gusts of 35 to 50 mph across much of the region.
Continue to use caution if driving during the early morning hours.
The greatest gust so far overnight is Montrose, SD, with 61 mph.
The Sioux Falls Airport reports a peak wind gust of 58 mph.
