SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update.
Lane Closure – 12th Street
Beginning on Friday, October 11, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. the outside eastbound lane on West 12th Street will be closed at the intersection of Western Avenue to allow crews to perform concrete pavement repairs. After repairs are complete on the outside lane, work will move to the inside lane the following Friday. Westbound traffic will not be impacted by this work.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week for each repair.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Road Closure – Duluth Avenue
Beginning on Tuesday morning, October 15, 2019, South Duluth Avenue will be closed between West Batcheller Lane and West 57th Street.
Spielman Excavating will be installing new utilities.
This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on October 22, 2019.
