SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Police arrested a man for aggravated assault after a strange road rage confrontation.
Police say a guy on a bike either hit or fell on an SUV driving by another guy.
The bicyclist pulled out an Airsoft pistol in the resulting confrontation. The SUV driver figured out it was a toy gun from the orange on the barrel, according to police.
The bike guy then threw it down.
Then the two started arguing again and the bicyclist pulled out a box cutter.
Authorities have charged Seth Jamison Welder, 35, a transient with aggravated assault.
No one was hurt in the incident.
