SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls’ forecast:
Rain and isolated thunderstorms will continue to move across the region through this evening.
Locally excessive rainfall remains possible in parts of northwest Iowa, where additional average rainfall amounts could exceed an inch, but intense rainfall rates at times could lead to ponding water or localized flash flooding.
