SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A 4-year-old boy is found wandering outside an apartment complex on West Russell in Sioux Falls.
Police eventually find the apartment where he’s living, but nobody’s home.
They also find marijuana and meth and paraphernalia.
The boy’s mother is found later, claiming she left the little boy in the apartment to go to the grocery store.
She’s been arrested for cruelty to a minor and causing a child to be present where meth is used.
The man actually renting the apartment – the mother and child were just staying there – has been busted for the drugs.
