SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are investigating thefts from a dead person’s apartment.
A relative was cleaning out the departed person’s apartment on South Blaine Avenue.
The relative discovered a number of missing items and a broken bedroom window. The culprit or culprits took tatoo equipment, lamps, and tables. Police recovered these items. Several figurines are still missing.
A suspect says someone said the family was giving the dead person’s stuff away, which wasn’t true.
Police arrested Icahiya Sydney Caleb Ducheneaux, 29, from Sioux Falls.
However, they think someone else may have broken in through the window.
