SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police think they may have caught at least some of the young culprits responsible for a series of broken house windows.
Police arrested two juveniles over the weekend.
Authorities think they are at least some of the youths who threw rocks and cement chunks in the 15th, 16th, and Hillview neighborhood in east Sioux Falls.
