SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — River crests have been raised on the James River.
Mitchell is now expected to reach 25.1 feet and Scotland 21.5 feet.
Split Rock Creek at Corson, SD appears to have crested. The crest was 18.7 ft at 11:30 PM. At 3 AM, it had fallen about a half foot from its crest.
