PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Pierre Fire Department Rescue Unit responds to a partial roof collapse this morning.
Pierre Fire Chief Ian Paul says units were dispatched just before 7 a.m.
He says the wet weather that has plagued other parts of the state recently played a part in the collapse…
Paul says a structure or roof collapse is rare in Pierre, but firefighters are ready.
