Skunk Creek at near Hartford has risen above flood stage.
With rainfall continuing, additional rises are expected on Skunk Creek.

We are also seeing rapid rises on Pipestone Creek in Pipestone MN.
The creek has risen 3.5 ft since last evening and is expected to rise more in as rain continues this morning.
