SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A transient man sits in jail after being arrested for swinging a pole at people, slugging a victim, and using a stun gun on another victim.
Authorities say the victim of the stun gun attack said it only tingled a bit.
Sioux Falls Police say they arrested Elmer Chase Flying Horse, 33, on a charge of aggravated assault.
The incident took place near Mercato on West 11th Street.
No one was seriously injured.
