SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police say witnesses reported that the motorcycle involved in a deadly crash Saturday evening was traveling at a high rate of speed.
Witnesses say it was going over 100 miles per hour.
The police don’t know if it was going that fast but are conducting an accident reconstruction.
Authorities say Richard Raymond Cargill, 35, of Sioux Falls, hit a curb near Valley View Road and Pine Meadows Place.
Police say he died at the scene.
They do not think drugs or alcohol were involved.
