SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
69th Street Construction Project –
Street Closures Update
Beginning on Friday, August 30, 2019, traffic on West 69th Street between Louise Avenue and Beal Place will be switched to the new concrete pavement on the south side of the road to allow crews to begin work on the next phase of construction on 69th Street between Louise Avenue and Medical Court.
As part of this traffic switch, Connie Avenue and Sharon Avenue will be closed north of 69th Street. Motorists should utilize Mogen Avenue and Avera Drive as alternate routes.
This project is anticipated to be completed this fall.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
