HARRISBURG, S.D. (KELO.com) — Authorities are investigating an incident near Harrisburg last night where shots were fired.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office says the shots were fired during a domestic dispute south of Cliff Avenue and 275th Street about 11:20 p.m.
Deputies say they located one of the parties to the incident in the Harrisburg South Middle School Parking lot.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a domestic situation where shots were fired. This occurred south of Harrisburg on 475th Ave. (Cliff Ave) & 275th St. at around 11:20 PM last night. Our deputies located one of the involved parties a short time later at the Harrisburg South Middle School parking lot.
This case is still under investigation at this time. This was an isolated domestic incident and there is no immediate danger to the public.
