SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — It’s another sign of progress on the State Veterans Cemetery near Sioux Falls.
There will be a groundbreaking ceremony at 9 a.m. September 9th.
Senator Mike Rounds, Mayor Paul TenHaken, Gov. Kristi Noem, Lt. Gov. Larry Rhoden and other dignitaries will give speeches and then break ground.
