SIOUX FALLS, SD, (KELO.com)–Three men are charged with first-degree kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault for kidnapping and torturing a man in their basement on August 10.
38-year-old Robert Allen Fitzler, 38-year-old Ronald Lee Webb and 56-year-old Hanna, took the victim captive because he owed them drug money.
The victim went to the house on August 10 where he was attacked by the three men. They beat him, forced him to strip his clothes, burned him with a blue torch on his face and hair and said that they were going to kill him out of state.
The men held the victim captive for two days before letting him go.
This was all over $275 that he owed to the men.
