SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls looks at the weekend forecast:
Dry conditions will prevail for most areas today, with scattered storms spreading across western parts of the region tonight and Friday.
Rainfall amounts in eastern South Dakota should remain on the lighter side, generally less than a quarter-inch, with heavier rains expected to remain farther west and south.
High temperatures will be in the lower to mid-80s for most areas through Saturday, with warmer readings building in from the west on Sunday.
