SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — He’ll have plenty of time to consider his crime. 25-year old Armando Cheshier of Sioux Falls was convicted by a federal jury on drug charges. He distributed fentanyl and Xanax to a woman who died. Cheshier and the victim were friends and spent time together the night before her death. He returned the next day to find her unconscious. Cheshier tried to resucsitate the victim, but police say she had already died. The conviction carries a maximum penalty of life in prison and a one-million dollar fine.
