Jackknifed semi on I-90 closes road east of Beaver Creek
UPDATE: After a jackknifed semi blocked eastbound traffic on Interstate 90, the MNDOT has announced that the eastbound lanes have been fully reopened to traffic.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Minnesota Department of Transportation says that a jackknifed semi is currently blocking traffic in the eastbound lane of Interstate 90 east of Beaver Creek.
Eastbound I-90 is closed to all traffic except emergency vehicles between Exit 5 and Exit 12.
According to the MNDOT, I-90 is expected to reopen at 12:30 p.m.
Drivers are encouraged to use County Road 4 as an eastbound detour.
