PIERRE, SD (KELO AM) – A plan to help prevent endangered species listings is now available for study by South Dakota residents.
The South Dakota Wildlife Action Plan Draft Revision has been released by the state Game Fish and Parks Department. The plan is available for study on the Game, fish and Parks website.
Residents can study the plan and make comments until June 6.
According to Game, Fish and Parks, some non-game fish and wildlife species could have special habitat needs, or habitat in need of restoration.
