The forums will allow interested members of the public to provide input on autism spectrum disorders and the study. Input may also be conveyed via email email@example.com.
Enacted by the South Dakota Legislature earlier this year, the study aims to analyze the availability and effectiveness of autism care services for children as well as the impact of requiring insurance plans to cover services. A report will be issued to the Governor and Legislature by Nov.15, 2014.
Updates on the study will be posted to autism.sd.gov.
