RAPID CITY, SD, (KELO.com)–Authorities are searching for a missing inmate that did not return to his service work site in Rapid City.
23-year-old Dylan White Face is Native American, 5’7″ and 166 pounds.
White Face is serving two concurrent sentences for possession of a controlled substance from Pennington County.
