Pierre, S.D. (KELO-AM) - Former South Dakota legislator Donald A. Haggar, 88, of Sioux Falls died Saturday, Feb. 23.Haggar served from 1959-1960 in the South Dakota House of Representatives. He was the father of current Rep. Don K. Haggar and the grandfather of current Rep. Jenna Haggar, both of Sioux Falls.

In honor of former Rep. Donald A. Haggar, Gov. Dennis Daugaard has ordered the flag lowered to half-staff at the State Capitol on Saturday, when a family directed memorial service will be held.
