SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police arrested six men yesterday after a string of shopliftings in a 15 minute span in north central Sioux Falls.     Officer Sam Clemens says the gang hit Cubby's on Weat 12th Street just before seven yesterday morning and got away with eighteen pack of beer.     Clemens says they stole beer from the Freedom gas station and $90 worth of rum from the Food N' Fuel on West Russell Street.     Since police had three descriptions of the vehicle and it's license plates, an officer stopped the car at 15th and Holly.     Clemens says the driver, 19-year-old Jervis Donovan Foolbull was arrested for D-W-I.     All six are charged with second degree petty theft and possession of stolen property.
