Hear man's nightmare call to cancel cable

If you've ever had a problem with your cable company, you can feel the pain of Ryan Block.

Block and his wife recently called Comcast to cancel their cable service. The Comcast customer service representative (and believe me, I use the term loosely) refuses to cancel until Block explains why he wants to ditch the service.

Unfortunately, these kinds of heavy-handed tactics become too common in the cable industry.
