Did a Minnesota village violate the rights of Muslims?

The Department of Justice is suing the city of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for denying plans for a Muslim center.

St. Anthony officials say they denied the conditional use permit for the Islamic center because the area is zoned industrial.

However, the office of U.S. Attorney Andrew Lugar says unfairly denied the group because the city has made exceptions for other religious organizations.
