I like to eat healthy - for the most part.
One of my "vices" is sugar - more importantly baked goods, especially those with frosting on top.
Here is an idea I found for frosting (or "icing") that is a bit healthier (as far as calories/fat are concerned)
All you do is mix one instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free & fat-free) packet (or whatever flavor you'd like) with half of the milk called for on the pudding package.
Whisk until it begins to thicken.
Then fold in 1 8oz container of Cool Whip (use "Cool Whip Free" for lesser calories/fat)
You can spread on cakes, cupcakes, waffle topping, crepe filling or just to dip with fruit!
(You might even want to try unsweetened Almond or Soy milk as a substitue to cut additional calories, but I'm not sure it will work - keep checking back as when I try this I'll use Almond milk and let you know!)
