Tuna Italiano

Here's a nice twist on the old tuna casserole dish. Not real fond of the name, though. I guess if you add oregano & tomato to anything you can call it "Italiano". I usually double this recipe (teenage son).

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 Tsp oregano

2 Tbs butter

1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

1/2 cup chopped canned tomatoes

1 can "decent" tuna

Cook the onion with oregano in butter until tender. Blend in the soup and then add the rest of the ingredients. You can either transfer to a baking dish or serve as is. Grated Parmesan cheese is great on top!
