SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Construction is beginning on Fire Station 13 in Sioux Falls, near the site of the new Smithfield Plant in Foundation Park. Ground was broken for the project yesterday. The area has seen major expansion with the industrial park, as well as surrounding Southeast Technical College and new housing.
