Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Get your ice skates sharpened because the Jacobson Plaza Ice Ribbon at The Falls is about to be filled. The Plaza will be closed temporarily starting today, as crews convert the skate ribbon into ice. If weather cooperates, the ribbon is expected to reopen in time for the unveiling of this year’s Winter Wonderland lighting of Falls Park, set for November 21st.
